Visual identification
The architectural concept assumes the creation of a building of clear, recognizable brand, with an adjustable inner space suitable for a great number of entrepreneurs.
The contrasting colors of red and black on the facades constitute the important element of the identification of the whole „Fortress” project. The building will be clearly distinguished from its surroundings. The elements of logo, characteristic tower and the abbreviation TTB become an integral part of facade.
Management of building vicinity
The Fortress is accessible from the east side. There is a parking lot for cars and a truck maneuver area in front of the building. A roofed platform situated on the south facade enables convenient unloading of trucks. The building entrance is marked with the characteristic dark elements of the facade with the clearly visible both the tower and the letters TTB.
Roofed stairs make the entrance to the platform. The stairs are also built on each side of it. The corner of the building on the driveway side is made of glass which can be used as an attractive commercial exposition.
The internal functional arrangement of space.
The internal arrangement of space is kept simple in order to provide as much of the rental/ for sale space as possible. The existing internal staircase and passenger & goods lifts are to be utilized. In order to ensure comfortable and elastic communication between staircase lifts, lavatories as well as commercial space a new corridor has been designed. An additional staircase and elevator providing an easy and autonomous access to all floors has been designed on the east side facade.
